DR. IBRAHIM CANSARAN TANIDIR

Prof. Dr. Tanıdır is recognized for his expertise in diagnosing and treating congenital and acquired heart diseases in children, with a strong focus on interventional pediatric cardiology. He played a key role in founding the Pediatric Cardiology Department at Başakşehir Çam & Sakura City Hospital and served as the Director of Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories. In 2017, he ranked 2nd nationwide in Turkey’s Pediatric Cardiology Board Examination. An accomplished academician, he has authored over 100 international scientific publications, achieving 1,431 citations and an h-index of 16. Prof. Dr. Tanıdır is also actively involved in humanitarian medical missions, providing life-saving cardiac interventions to children in underserved regions worldwide.
